Sprouted Kambu Dosa Mix : Kambu(Pearl millet),Parboiled rice,Black Urad dal,Fenugreek,dry curry leaves, Jeera, Salt

How to cook?
STEP 1: Mix (50 g) or 2 tbspn of Dosa Mix, 1/5 cup (50 ml) of curd, and approx 50 - 100 ml of water. Stir well until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.(Make sure to add water gradually and stop once you get the consistency).
STEP 2: Heat a flat pan on medium. Grease with oil, butter, or ghee. Pour the batter onto the pan and spread evenly. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Remember, our unique blend may take a bit longer to cook than regular flours—be patient for the perfect dosa!
STEP 3: Serve your dosas hot with your favorite chutney, or get creative and roll them up with cheese or sautéed vegetables for a delicious wrap.
