Cancellation Policy

At NutriJar we are committed in providing the most fresh foods delivered to our customers. So we purchase the raw materials only after you the place the order with us.

However to provide a flexibility to our customers, 

1. 100% refund if order is cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
2. 75% refund if cancelled after 12 hours of under placement and until package is shipped.
3. 50% refund if cancelled after shipping is made.
4. If the product is received and then if it is cancelled, no refund is made.
• If the package is damaged and spilled over, we will resend the product again.
5. No refund in case of RTO due to customer's mistake

The refund takes 7 business days to reach your bank account.
