1. How do we trust The Nutri Jar?
I completely understand your hesitation when it comes to the food that you give for your baby. The products at Nutri Jar are home made which is consumed by my baby Deeraa. The raw materials are purchased only after the order is placed, so it is super fresh when it reaches you.
2. What is your cancellation & refund Policy?
At NutriJar we are committed in providing the most fresh foods delivered to our customers. So we purchase the raw materials only after you the place the order with us.
However to provide a flexibility to our customers,
- 100% refund if order is cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
- 75% refund if cancelled after 12 hours of under placement and until package is shipped.
- 50% refund if cancelled after shipping is made.
The refund takes 7 business days to reach your bank account.

4.What is the order processing time?
We take 12 hours to process your order. We wait for 12 hours incase you changed your mind within that time. In 72 hours your product will be dispatched.
5. What is shipping time and charge?
It is usually 3 - 5 days depending on the location. Shipping charge also varies from Rs. 40 - Rs.70 depending on the location.
6.What is the international shipping process?
Currently we don't ship products outside India.
